 Hi to you Matt & your entire group & Happy New Year 20121.I have to admit that I have never heard you sing or your band play. However afteer a "tip" from one of my old band buddies I checked out your web-page & just CAN'T WAIT to hear u guys. I live in Auburn & My son Mark Minnoe of Donna & the Mystics is my son. He was in my Band in the middle 1970" along with his younger sister Miss Pamela Jean... They are still at it but i kind just fill in now & then . I named it the Silver Spur Band. Looks like you guys are haveing as much fund as I did. Anyways hope to see u at Dilaj"s some time soon. I also played there several years ago . Tell Igor I said hello ok LOL?? We have been following your group for a few years now and always love the show you put on especially the tribute at the end. We were wondering if it wouldn't be better to put the tribute, The Star Spangled Banner and your final song at the end of the 1st half when more families are at the show and could appreciate what you do for the Veterans. Hate to see the summer go, but great show (as always) closing out the Sherrill Summer Concert Series. Weather was great that night too. It's awesome that you appeal to all ages. I brought a couple of 16 year old boys to the show and, although they are typically hard to impress, I know they enjoyed themselves. One of them came with me to Manlius the week prior and he was tickled that you did a couple of songs by Garth Brooks, whom he was really into for awhile. See you at Nothin' Fancy from now on, I guess. Hate bars, but will have to go there now. lol |
